At 365teegood, all products are made to order. Each item is produced after an order is placed to ensure accuracy and personalization. Please review the information below to understand our shipping and delivery process.


1. Order Processing & Business Hours

Orders are processed during business days, Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time – EST), excluding U.S. public holidays.

Once an order is confirmed, it enters our production queue and cannot be modified after processing begins.


2. Handling (Production) Time

All orders require production time before shipment to ensure quality and customization accuracy.

  • Handling Time: 2–4 business days

Handling time does not include shipping transit time.


3. Shipping Time (Transit Time)

After production is completed and your order has been shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping destination and carrier.

  • Shipping Time: 5–8 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–12 business days (handling time + shipping time).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, order weight, and shipping method selected. All applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:

  • A tracking number
  • A tracking link to monitor delivery progress

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after shipment.


6. Delivery Issues

If you experience an issue with delivery, please review the guidelines below:

  • Delayed Orders: If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team for assistance.
  • Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Lost Shipments: In rare cases where a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will review the situation and offer an appropriate resolution.
