1. Ordering & Customization
How do I place an order?
Simply select your desired product, choose the size and options available, then proceed to checkout. Once payment is completed, your order will be confirmed automatically.
Can I personalize my product?
Some products allow customization such as text or image uploads. If personalization options are available, they will appear directly on the product page with clear instructions.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After this time, the order may already be in production and cannot be modified.

How long does order processing take?
All products are made to order.

How long does shipping take?
- Shipping Time: 5–8 business days
Total estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days (handling + shipping).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
3. Returns & Refunds

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
