1. Order Cancellation

All products sold on 365teegood are made to order and may be personalized. For this reason, production begins shortly after an order is placed.

  • Cancellation Window: Orders may be canceled or modified within 1 hour of checkout.
  • How to Request: Please contact us immediately at support@365teegood.com and include your order number.
  • After 1 Hour: Once production has started, cancellations or changes may no longer be possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be reviewed and approved under the following circumstances:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • The item received is incorrect compared to the order placed
  • The order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe beyond the estimated delivery window

Approved refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.


3. Returns

Because our products are custom-made and produced on demand, returns are generally not required. In most approved cases, customers are not asked to send the item back.

Return instructions, if applicable, will be provided by our support team on a case-by-case basis.


4. Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage, or an incorrect item, we are happy to assist.

  • Request Timeline: Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Required Information:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos showing the issue
  • Resolution: Once approved, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • PayPal: Typically processed within 1 business day
  • Credit / Debit Cards: May take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer

6. Order Processing & Shipping Time

Estimated timelines for order fulfillment are as follows:

  • Handling Time: 2–4 business days
  • Shipping Time: 5–8 business days
